For cases in which the recording of the artist, speaker or person who participates significantly in the event is planned, with whom a participation agreement is signed, the legal basis is that this processing is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or the consent that he/she gives, in the event that the recording is accessory to the service provided.

ASOCIACIÓN ARTÍSTICO-CULTURAL HUHÚ does not collect data considered especially sensitive such as: race or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious or philosophical beliefs, participation in unions, health, sexual activity or sexual orientation, biometric or genetic data.
